If
“location, location, location” is the secret
to good real estate investment, then “people, people,
people” is the secret to making businesses successful.
Trace low profitability in any business to its source and
you will find people problems. Poor profitability is not
the problem. It is the symptom of the problem
and the result of inadequate management of good people or
futile management of the wrong people for the functions
needed.
As a business grows, communication possibilities grow exponentially.
When there are only two people in the business there are
only two possibilities for communication, me-you and you-me.
Add a third person and all of a sudden there are 6 possibilities!:
(me-you, you-me, me-him, him-me, you-him,
him-you).
With four people, the number of possibilities increases
to 24 (4x3x2x1)!
As the business grows, written procedures
are indespensable for good communication, yet many owners
continue to operate verbally. As responsible managers, we
owe our Associates (employees) clear, concise and when necessary,
written communications.
The good news is you don’t
have to re-invent the wheel by starting from scratch!
The Institute has the proven tools for good people management
which you can quickly and easily put into place. In this
section we show you these tools for Personnel management
in a series of e-books called QuickStart
Operating Procedures®.
Download them today and start your evolution
to a more efficient and profitable organization!
Here's what some of our clients, enagaged
in a wide variety of businesses all over the country, said

|
|
"(You) were especially helpful in creating
a company structure as a guideline for all current
and future hires. Overall, I was quite pleased with
the end result..."
A. Soowal, (Florida Environmental Services Co.)
|
|
"We have received instruction on delegating
to subordinates, evaluating job performance and
rewarding with an unbiased method to benefit both
the company and the employee. Most importantly,
we are enjoying a new enthusiasm for managing our
business."
